The Medical Records Department (MRD) of this institution has been in existence from the time of inauguration of the hospital and our excellent databank owes a lot to the foresight medical records of Dr.NDJ in recognizing its importance decades ago. It has now grown into a well-structured unit with qualified staff and is in the process of being computerized.
