B.Sc Anaesthesia & Critical Care Technology (BACT)
B.Sc. in Anaesthesia and Critical Care Technology was started in the year 2009 with an annual intake of 3 students and is recognized by CMAI-IGNOU, New Delhi.
Anaesthesia and Critical Care Technology is an upcoming paramedical discipline. With increasing complexity in anaesthesia, there is extreme paucity of skilled assistance in this country and there are very few institutions and hospitals undertaking recognized courses to train and develop skilled assistance for wider use.
The aim of this programme is to train personnel to develop competent assistants to the Anaesthesiologist.
Eligibility:
1. Both male and female candidates can apply
2. Applicants should have completed 17 years as on 1st July and be less than 30 years of age as on July 31st.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have successfully completed Higher Secondary with science subjects (12 years of schooling).
